- All California residents may apply and will be considered.
- Applicants must currently live in or plan to live in California for the duration of your program.
- Applicants must be enrolled full time in an accredited California college or trade school for the 2025-2026 academic year.
- Applicants may be community college, undergraduate, graduate, or PhD students.
- Applicants may be incoming, continuing, or returning students.

- 1–2 page paper or short video (2-5 min) of you explaining what the future of the LGBTQ+ Community looks like to you.
and
- 1–2 page paper or short video (2-5 min) discussing a project you have worked on or would like to work on that moves us closer to the future of the LGBTQ+ community you have envisioned.
